Ingredients:

  • 4 slices italian bread (leave out all day so they are dry)
  • 1/2 cup water
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 tbsp salt
  • 2 tsp oregano

Directions:

  1. Leave bread out all day so it is dry.
  2. Put in bowl and pour water over it.
  3. Let water soak in.
  4. Squeeze out excess water and discard.
  5. Break up bread with fingers.
  6. Add eggs, parmesan cheese, parsley flakes, meat, salt, and oregano.
  7. Mix it together with your hands.
  8. Taste for salt.
  9. Roll into small 2 balls and put on cookie sheet (spray with non-stick spray first) and bake in 350 degree oven for 20-30 minutes.
