Tuna On A Shoestring Salad

Ingredients:

  • 1/4 cup minced onion
  • 1 4 oz. can shoestring potatoes
  • optional ingredients are olives, pickles or hard boiled eggs.
  • i omit the celery since we don'tsp like that.

Directions:

  1. Separate tuna into chunks.
  2. Place in large bowl.
  3. Add carrots, celery, onion and mayonaise.
  4. Mix gently.
  5. Cover and chill.
  6. Just before serving, fold in potatoes.
