Tuna On A Shoestring Salad |

This goes good on a hot day. No need to heat up the kitchen except to boil the eggs, which you can do earlier. My husband and I really like it. Serve it with a roll and you have a meal, Add a dessert only if you want one. Ingredients:
1 can drained tuna |
1 cup shredded carrots |
1 cup sliced celery |
1/4 cup minced onion |
1 4oz. can shoestring potatoes |
optional ingredients are olives, pickles or hard boiled eggs. |
i omit the celery since we don't like that. |
Directions:
1. Separate tuna into chunks. 2. Place in large bowl. 3. Add carrots, celery, onion and mayonaise. 4. Mix gently. 5. Cover and chill. 6. Just before serving, fold in potatoes. |
