Tuna Noodle Casserole

Ingredients:

  • 1 package medium noodles cooked
  • 2 can 6-7 oz tuna
  • 1/2 cup mayonaise
  • 1/3 cup chopped onion
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1 jar pimentos optional
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 1 can french fried onion rings

Directions:

  1. Boil noodles and drain.
  2. Combine mayo, celery, onion, salt, soup and milk. Add to noodles along with drained tuna. Add cheese. Add pimento if wanted. Add more milk to desired consistency.
  3. Pour into greased casserole dish.
  4. Bake uncovered at 425 for 20 minutes..
  5. I cover with onion rings the last 10 minutes.
