Ingredients:

  • 1 tsp oil
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1/8 tsp pepper
  • 1 medium onion, minced
  • 1/4 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 cup ketchup
  • 1/3 cup water

Directions:

  1. Heat oil in skillet, add beef and onion and saute for 10 minutes, stirring frequently. Add all remaining ingredients and simmer for an additional 10 minutes. Serve on hamburger buns.
