Totally Easy Vegetable Pizza

Ingredients:

  • 2 (8 oz) packages cream cheese
  • 1 already prepared pizza crust or 1 flat bread
  • 1 medium green pepper
  • 1 large tomato
  • 1 small red pepper
  • 2 cups mushrooms

Directions:

  1. Open package of cream cheese and put into a small bowl.
  2. Spread cream cheese evenly over crust.
  3. Chop tomato, peppers, and mushrooms.
  4. Spread vegetables over cream cheese.
  5. Top with chicken and cheese.
