Tortellini With Mushroom Sauce

Ingredients:

  • 1 (9 oz) pkge. cheese tortellini, cooked
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 (14 1/2 oz) can diced tomatoes with herbs
  • 1 (8 oz) can tomato sauce
  • 1 tsp garlic powder (optional)

Directions:

  1. Cook mushrooms in hot oil for 2-3 minutes.
  2. Stir in undrained diced tomatoes, tomato sauce and garlic powder. Bring to a boil; reduce heat and simmer, covered 5 minutes.
  3. Spoon over pasta.
