Tortellini With Mushroom Sauce |

Easy to make and great when you're short on time. Ingredients:
1 (9 ounce) pkge. cheese tortellini, cooked |
1 1/2 cups sliced fresh mushrooms |
1 tablespoon olive oil |
1 (14 1/2 ounce) can diced tomatoes with herbs |
1 (8 ounce) can tomato sauce |
1 teaspoon garlic powder (optional) |
Directions:
1. Cook mushrooms in hot oil for 2-3 minutes. 2. Stir in undrained diced tomatoes, tomato sauce and garlic powder. Bring to a boil; reduce heat and simmer, covered 5 minutes. 3. Spoon over pasta. |
