Tongue Pleasing Banana Nut Bread

Ingredients:

  • 1/3 cup vegetable oil
  • 1/2 tsp vanilla
  • 3 eggs
  • 2-1/3 cup baking mix

Directions:

  1. Heat oven to 350.
  2. Grease bottom of loaf pan well.
  3. Beat all ingredients together vigorously with spoon for 30 seconds.
  4. Pour batter into pan and bake for 55 minutes.
