This is tried and true and an awesome recipe for banana bread. It's creamy, moisty, fruity, nutty and just tastes great all the way around. I like to serve it warm with cream cheese spread. Ingredients:
1/3 cup vegetable oil |
3 large bananas mashed |
1/2 teaspoon vanilla |
3 eggs |
2-1/3 cup baking mix |
1 cup pecans chopped |
Directions:
1. Heat oven to 350. 2. Grease bottom of loaf pan well. 3. Beat all ingredients together vigorously with spoon for 30 seconds. 4. Pour batter into pan and bake for 55 minutes. |
