Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. In separate bowl place sliced in 3rds round cherry tomatoes, spinach cut stem off slice in small pieces, cut mozzarella in small pieces like tomatoes are, and chop onion about size of tomatoes.
  2. Pour balsamic vinegar in bowl with garlic powder.
  3. Toss well to marinate.
  4. Then take toothpick and put one tomato slice, then mozzarella slice, then spinach leaf, followed by onion slice, then repeat one more time on same toothpick. Repeat on as many toothpicks as needed for your appetizer.
