Toasted Avocado Hummus & Portabella Sandwich

Ingredients:

  • 40 g a little less than half of a haas avocado, sliced
  • 10 g onion , 2 thin slices
  • 20 g hummus

Directions:

  1. Mash avocado and hummus together
  2. Slice portabello into thin strips and place flat side down on a hot pan and set the onions n to to warms
  3. Allow to cook until they start to weep a tiny bit
  4. Place all toppings on bread in a sandwich
  5. Toast in a pan on each side until browned and warmed through
