Ingredients:
40 g a little less than half of a haas avocado, sliced
76 g wonder + whole wheat bread
30 g mushrooms, brown, sliced
10 g onion, 2 thin slices
20 g hummus
Directions:
1. Mash avocado and hummus together
2. slice portabello into thin strips and place flat side down on a hot pan and set the onions n to to warms
3. allow to cook until they start to weep a tiny bit
4. Place all toppings on bread in a sandwich
5. toast in a pan on each side until browned and warmed through
