Directions:

  1. Layer mushrooms& sliced tomatoes down the centre of a large platter.
  2. Ring with the halved yellow& cherry tomatoes.
  3. In a small bowl, whisk together the remaining ingredients& drizzle this over the tomatoes.
  4. Cover& marinate at room temperature for 30 minutes.
