Ingredients:

  • 1 (1 oz) envelope dry onion soup mix
  • 1 frozen turkey breast , unthawed (about 3 lb, a boneless turkey breast works the best if you don'tsp want a carcas to clean up)

Directions:

  1. Dump cranberry sauce and soup mix into a crockpot.
  2. Mix together.
  3. Add frozen turkey.
  4. If the bird has a string net, leave it on.
  5. Cook 2 hours on high, reduce heat to low and cook for 4 to 5 hours more.
  6. I cooked mine for 8 hours on low and it was not too dry at all.
  7. Remove string and serve with sauce.
