Texas Pecan Pie

Ingredients:

  • 1/3 tsp salt
  • 2 tbsp flour
  • 1/3 cup melted butter
  • 1 tsp vanilla
  • 1 1/2 cups pecan halves
  • 9 inches pie crusts

Directions:

  1. Mix syrup, sugar, salt and flour well. Add melted butter and vanilla. Mix in slightly beaten eggs with other ingredients. Add pecans. Pour into a 9 pie crust. Bake at 350 for about 45 minutes.
