Tantalizing Pumpkin Pie

Ingredients:

  • 6 eggs
  • 3 cups sugar
  • 3 tbsp flour
  • 2 tsp vanilla
  • 2 1/2 cups milk
  • 1/2 cup melted butter or 1/2 cup margarine
  • 1/2 lemon , juice of
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • 1/2 tsp nutmeg
  • 1 (15 oz) can pumpkin
  • 2 -3 unbaked prepared pie crusts , depending on how deep and wide the pans are. i use pillsbury pie crusts from the refrigerated sectio

Directions:

  1. Mix all ingredients with mixer until well blended.
  2. Pour into 2 or 3 pie crusts.
  3. Bake at 400F for 45 minutes or until knife in center comes out clean.
