Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Put cucumbers in a strainer. sprinkle with 1/2 t salt and mix. Let stand for 30 min.
  2. Rinse and drain really well.
  3. Add tomatoes and onion.
  4. Mix remaining ingredients and add to veggies.
  5. Refridgerate for at least 4 hours.
