Sweet Potato Onion Bread

Ingredients:

  • 1/3 cup water
  • 1 tbsp margarine or 1 tbsp butter
  • 3 cups bread flour
  • 1 tsp sugar
  • 3/4 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp dry yeast

Directions:

  1. Ingredient amounts in parentheses are for 2 pound loaf size.
  2. Place ingredients in bread pan in the order the manufacturer recommends.
  3. Select Basic/White cycle.
  4. When bread is done baking, remove from pan and cool on wire rack.
