Ingredients:

  • 40 oz canned yams
  • 1 cup shreaded coconut
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 1/2 cup melted butter
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 1/4 cup brown sugar
  • 1/2 cup melted butter
  • 1/8 cup flour

Directions:

  1. Mash yams in a bowl, add, coconut, eggs, sugar, melted butter, and milk, mix well, place in a deep baking dish, mix brown sugar, pecans and butter, then add flour until thick enough to spread on top. Bake at 350 for one hour.
