Family favorite for holidays. Ingredients:
40 ounces canned yams |
1 cup shreaded coconut |
2 eggs |
1 cup sugar |
1/2 cup melted butter |
1/2 cup milk |
1/4 cup brown sugar |
1/4 cup chopped pecans |
1/2 cup melted butter |
1/8 cup flour |
Directions:
1. mash yams in a bowl, add, coconut, eggs, sugar, melted butter, and milk, mix well, place in a deep baking dish, mix brown sugar, pecans and butter, then add flour until thick enough to spread on top. Bake at 350 for one hour. |
