Ingredients:

  • 21/4 cup bisquick
  • 2/3 cup buttermilk

Directions:

  1. Mix mashed sweet potatoe with 1/3c buttermilk.Combine bisquick with potato mixture and another 1/3c buttermilk. Mix to form a dough
  2. Knead 12 times on surface coatedwith baking mix. Roll out to 1/2 ;cut into rounds.
  3. Bake on an ungreased baking pan for 10 mins in a 450 oven.
