Ingredients:

  • 3 cans of your favorite green beans (drained)....ours is double luck
  • 2 dropper fuls of stevia (this is a sweet herb, can be found at your herb shop...not allowed to sell it as a sugar substitute but research it, it's great for diabetics.
  • salt to taste
  • 1 tbsp oil

Directions:

  1. Add all the ingredients in a sauce pan and let cook for about 25 min, start on med-high and then turn down to low. once they start to boil.
