My family has cooked green beans with sugar for ? ever. I cannot have the sugar so this is my version. Ingredients:
3 cans of your favorite green beans(drained)....ours is double luck |
2 dropper fuls of stevia (this is a sweet herb, can be found at your herb shop...not allowed to sell it as a sugar substitute but research it, it's great for diabetics. |
salt to taste |
1 tbsp oil |
water to cover |
Directions:
1. Add all the ingredients in a sauce pan and let cook for about 25 min, start on med-high and then turn down to low. once they start to boil. |
