Ingredients:

  • 1 cup flour
  • 3 eggs
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 5 -6 tbsp sugar ( according to taste)

Directions:

  1. Place all ingredients in blender and blend until smooth.
  2. Heat skillet until a drop of water bounces off the surface. Place a small amount of butter in pan for first pancake, this is to help season the pan.
  3. Pour a thin layer of batter in pan, swirling pan just enough to cover the bottom. Pancakes should be thin.
  4. Cook pancakes on both sides just until they are beginning to brown.
  5. Butter cooked pancakes, sprinkle with powdered sugar, roll and eat warm.
