Ingredients:

  • 8 oz cranberry juice or 8 oz pomegranate juice or 8 oz water
  • 2 tsp any popular fiber supplement
  • 1/2 cup frosen mixed fruit

Directions:

  1. Fill blender in this order to keep the frozen fruit from jamming the blades; liquid, yogurt, fiber, then fruit.
  2. Blend until smooth.
