Stay energized and satisfied all morning. The power house packs protein for evergy and fiber to keep you full. I found this smoothie in Health 4 Women. I have not tried this smoothie. I'm posting this recipe for safe keep. Ingredients:
8 ounces cranberry juice or 8 ounces pomegranate juice or 8 ounces water |
2 teaspoons any popular fiber supplement |
6 ounces any low-fat yogurt |
1/2 cup frozen blueberries |
1/2 cup frosen mixed fruit |
Directions:
1. Fill blender in this order to keep the frozen fruit from jamming the blades; liquid, yogurt, fiber, then fruit. 2. Blend until smooth. |
