Ingredients:

  • 12 oz. cream cheese
  • 2 tsp. w-shire sauce
  • 1/2 large onion grated with juice
  • 3/4 lb. crab meat
  • 1 tbsp. lemon juice
  • 2 tbsp. mayonnaise
  • 3/4 bottle chili sauce

Directions:

  1. Grate onion.
  2. Add cheese, W-shire, garlic, lemon juice and mayo. Cream together.
  3. Spread over a round platter.
  4. Cover with chili sauce.
  5. Cover with the well-drained crab meat.
  6. Sprinkle the parsley on top.
  7. Refrigerate overnight.
