Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Mix together crust ingredients until crumbly.
  2. Press in bottom of oblong pan.
  3. Bake for 20 minutes at 350*.
  4. Mix together cream cheese, powdered sugar and 1/2 carton of cool whip.
  5. Spread on cooled crust.
  6. Mix 2 packages instant pudding with 3 cups milk.
  7. Spread on cream cheese mixture.
  8. Top with rest of cool whip.
