Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Add first 6 ingredients in a large bowl.
  2. Mix together mayo and mustard.
  3. Add dressing to the salad.
  4. Salt and pepper to taste.
  5. Hint: I use the already cooked roast chickens from the deli to make this salad quick and simple.
  6. Sometimes I add curry to the dressing or oriental spices for a change.
