Ingredients:

  • 1 1/2 cups fine coconut
  • 1 tsp vanilla
  • 2 3 oz package strawberry jello

Directions:

  1. Mix together Eagle Brand, coconut, graham crumbs and vanilla.
  2. Form into 1' balls and roll in jelly powder.
  3. That's it! These freeze well.
  4. These are very sticky when your rolling them. I find if I rinse my hands under cold water the odd time it seems to help.
  5. I hope you enjoy these as much as I do!
