Chocolate Drops (Aka Macaroons)

Ingredients:

  • 2 cups sugar
  • 4 tbsp cocoa
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 1/2 cup margarine
  • 3 cups oats
  • 1 cup coconut
  • 1 tsp vanilla

Directions:

  1. In a microwave safe bowl mix, sugar, cocoa, milk and margarine. Microwave (or cook in sauce pan) until boiling.
  2. Add oats, coconut, chocolate chips and vanilla.
  3. Drop tbsp sized cookies on a waxed paper covered cookie sheet. Chill in fridge until firm.
