Ingredients:

  • 2 eggs
  • 1 cup coconut
  • 1 tsp vanilla
  • 1 tbsp butter
  • 1 pinch salt

Directions:

  1. Mix all ingredients together.
  2. To your tart shell, add 1 teaspoons of jam. Cover with coconut mixture. Bake at 350 until browned.
