Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Wash Mushrooms with cold water.
  2. Remove and chop the stems in small peices (Set aside)
  3. Brown Sausage in skillet
  4. Soften cream cheese
  5. (Lay package on stove while browning Sausage)
  6. Mix cream cheese, sausage, cilantro together
  7. Put filling into the mushrooms
  8. Set on a cookie sheet
  9. Broil until ready to be served.
