Ingredients:

  • 1 quart strawberry
  • 1 tsp sugar
  • 1 cup gingersnap crumbs or 1 cup graham cracker crumbs
  • 4 tbsp honey
  • 1 tsp cinnamon

Directions:

  1. Hull and quarter the strawberries then mix with sugar. In 4 parfait cups put 1/4 cup of crumbs, then top with 1/4 of the berries.
  2. In a small bowl mix the yogurt with honey and cinnamon. Put 1/4 of yogurt mixture over the berries and serve.
