This sounds so simple and good. You could sub about anything crunchy for the bottom layer. It would also be great with blueberriesor whatever fruit you could think of. Ingredients:
1 quart strawberry |
1 teaspoon sugar |
1 cup gingersnap crumbs or 1 cup graham cracker crumbs |
2 cups nonfat greek yogurt |
4 tablespoons honey |
1 teaspoon cinnamon |
Directions:
1. Hull and quarter the strawberries then mix with sugar. In 4 parfait cups put 1/4 cup of crumbs, then top with 1/4 of the berries. 2. In a small bowl mix the yogurt with honey and cinnamon. Put 1/4 of yogurt mixture over the berries and serve. |
