Strawberry Orange Cornbread

Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Liquefy strawberries and orange pulp in blender
  2. Add enough milk if needed to make two cups puree
  3. In another bowl combine all the dry ingredients
  4. In another small bowl combine the oil and the eggs and then blend into the strawberry orange mixture
  5. Combine the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients and mix well to combine
  6. Pour batter into a greased 10 x 10 square pan or similar pan where batter will fill 1/2 full
  7. Bake in a preheated 375 F oven 30 minutes or until tested done in center with wooden toothpick
  8. Serve warm or at room temeperature
