Spinach Quiche

Ingredients:

  • 9 oz spinach
  • 2 oz broccoli
  • 4 oz ham
  • 30 tbsp egg whites
  • 1 pinch salt
  • 1 pinch pepper

Directions:

  1. Pre-heat the oven to 375F
  2. Chop up the spinach and broccoli
  3. Add the spinach and broccoli to a mixing bowl
  4. Cut the ham into little cubes or little squares if you use deli ham
  5. Add the ham to the mixing bowl
  6. Add the egg whites to the mixing bowl
  7. Add salt, pepper and any other seasoning (I love Aromat) you like to the mixture and mix everything well until spinach and broccoli are evenly coated with egg whites and the ham mixed in nicely
  8. Take out a round cake pan approx. 11 in diameter and place a sheet of baking paper in there
  9. Pour the mixture into the cake pan and bake for appox. 20 - 30 mins
  10. The quiche is finished when the contents in the pan are no longer runny and you can see that the surface is solid
