Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Rinse spinach well; set aside.
  2. Shred cheese, carrots and chop onion.
  3. On one tortilla, place a small amount of each item on one side and fold. Warm in pan on medium heat until browned or microwave each one for 25 seconds or until cheese is melted.
  4. Repeat for each tortilla.
