Spinach Fettuccine

Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Tear or coarsely chop spinach.
  2. In pan, cook garlic and onion in 1/2 of butter until golden.
  3. Add spinach, cover and cook until wilted.
  4. Meanwhile, cook fettucine.
  5. Drain and mix with remaining butter.
  6. Toss with cream, cheese and spinach.
  7. Season with lots of pepper and some salt.
