Directions:

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
  2. Coat a 1 qt casserole dish with nonstick cooking spray.
  3. In a medium bowl combine the spinach, cream cheese, parmesan cheese, mayonnaise, lemon juice, ground red pepper (or paprika) and garlic powder. Beat until well blended. Stir in artichokes, then spoon into casserole dish. Bake for 30 to 35 minutes or until heated through and the edges are golden. Let cool a bit and serve.
