Spinach and Artichoke Dip |

Spinach and Artichoke Dip Ingredients:
1 (10 ounce) package frozen chopped spinach, thawed and sqeezed dry |
1 (8 ounce) package cream cheese, softened |
3/4 cup grated parmesan cheese |
1/4 cup mayonnaise |
1 teaspoon lemon juice |
1/4 teaspoon ground red pepper (or paprika, that is what i use) |
1/4 teaspoon garlic powder |
1 (14 ounce) can artichoke hearts, drained and chopped |
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees. 2. Coat a 1 qt casserole dish with nonstick cooking spray. 3. In a medium bowl combine the spinach, cream cheese, parmesan cheese, mayonnaise, lemon juice, ground red pepper (or paprika) and garlic powder. Beat until well blended. Stir in artichokes, then spoon into casserole dish. Bake for 30 to 35 minutes or until heated through and the edges are golden. Let cool a bit and serve. |
