Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. To a medium heated pan add I tablespoon white wine add chopped peanuts and toast for a minute or two and watching carefully toast chopped peanuts
  2. Remove from heat , sprinkle with sugar and set aside
  3. Use a pretty serving dish with sides of about 1
  4. Mix chopped chives with cottage cheese and chili powder
  5. Spread in the serving dish
  6. Spread the garbanzo beans on top
  7. Sprinkle a little garam masala over all
  8. Toasted peanuts and sugar mix on top for garnish
  9. That's it!
