Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. In a Dutch oven, cook beef, sausage, onion and green pepper until meat is no longer pink; drain.
  2. Add spaghetti sauce, soup, mushrooms, Worcestershire sauce, Italian seasoning, 1 teaspoon salt, 1 teaspoon pepper, and garlic powder.
  3. Bring to a boil, then reduce heat and simmer, uncovered, for 30 minutes, stirring occasionally.
  4. In a bowl, combine the eggs, cottage cheese, ricotta and remaining salt and pepper.
  5. Spread 2 cups meat sauce each into two greased 13x9-inch baking dishes.
  6. Layer each with 1/3 cup Parmesan cheese, four noodles, 1-1/4 cups cottage cheese mixture and three slices of mozzarella cheese.
  7. Repeat layers.
  8. Top with remaining noodles, meat sauce and Parmesan cheese.
  9. Bake, uncovered, at 350°F for 45 minutes or until bubbly.
  10. Let stand 15 minutes before cutting.
