Spaghetti Squash Patties

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup forked spaghetti squash
  • 1/4 - 1/2 cup panko bread crumbs
  • garlic powder to taste
  • 1/4 or a little more parm cheese (or blend)
  • 1 egg

Directions:

  1. Heat non-stick skillet w/ cooking spray on med heat
  2. Mix ingredients.
  3. Form into small patties.
  4. Cook on each side until crisp.
