Leftover spaghetti squash turned into veggie patties. Ingredients:
1 cup forked spaghetti squash |
1/4 - 1/2 cup panko bread crumbs |
garlic powder to taste |
red pepper flakes to taste |
1/4 or more chopped green onions |
1/4 or a little more parm cheese (or blend) |
1 egg |
Directions:
1. Heat non-stick skillet w/ cooking spray on med heat 2. Mix ingredients. 3. Form into small patties. 4. Cook on each side until crisp. |
