Soy Sauce & Garlic Glazed Mushrooms

Ingredients:

  • 1 tblsp butter
  • 1 tblsp olive oil
  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder
  • 2 tsps soy sauce

Directions:

  1. Saute sliced mushrooms in a combination of butter and oil.
  2. Season with garlic powder and soy sauce. Continue cooking over low heat until nicely glazed.
