Southern Farm Recipe for Crock Pot(Quick and Easy)

Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Wash and dry pheasants in cold water, repeat this step twice.
  2. Cut up potatoes, carrots, onions into your preferred size.
  3. Put one can of cream of mushroom in bottom of crock pot.
  4. Place pheasant in crock pot.
  5. Place your seasoning and vegetables in crock pot.
  6. Put the second can of cream of mushroom on top of everything.
  7. Place cooker on low and cook for 6-8 hours.
  8. Stir occasionally.
  9. 1 hour before serving take pheasant out and debone.
  10. Place deboned meat back in crock pot for 1 hour.
  11. Serve and enjoy.
