Ingredients:

  • remove the core just like a big cabbage, use a triangle cut and remove the bottom of the brussel sprout.
  • everything will separate
  • slice really thin, across the grain.
  • if any leaves come off roll them up and slice them
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tbsp butter
  • and salt and pepper to taste.

Directions:

  1. Fry pan or wok
  2. On very high heat
  3. Put in the olive oil when the pan is just smoking hot.
  4. Throw in the brussel sprouts.
  5. Squeeze in half the lemon,
  6. Add the salt and pepper.
  7. Cook this for exactly 60 seconds
  8. Stir constantly for 60 seconds, and then turn off the heat.
  9. Add the other half lemon, which is going to cool the pan down a little.
  10. Put in your butter and stir that in and when that's melted you're ready to serve.
  11. Cook right before ready to serve and put in serving dish quickly or it
  12. Will continue to cook.
