Southern Buttermilk Pie

Ingredients:

  • 1/2 cup margarine
  • 2 cups sugar
  • 3 eggs
  • 3 tbsp flour
  • 1 cup buttermilk
  • 1 tsp vanilla

Directions:

  1. Cream margarine and sugar together. Mix in eggs and flour and beat until fluffy. Fold in vanilla and buttermilk. Pour in unbaked pie crust.
  2. Bake at 350 degrees for 45-50 minutes.
